Move licenses to LICENSES/, use SPDX-License-Identifier, mention all licenses in galaxy.yml (#491) 
* Add SPDX license identifiers, mention all licenses in galaxy.yml.

Add extra sanity tests (#43) 
* Prepare extra sanity tests.
