* Docs: Add a separate "seealso" section to the module docs
to list related modules and/or related references. This clears up the notes
section for things that are actual notes.
So you can add a section in your module documentation and four types of
references are possible.

This PR also includes:
- Implements ansible-doc support
- Implements schema support for the seealso options

- Rename filter convert_symbols_to_format to rst_ify, cfr the existing html_ify and tty_ify filters
- This makes the existing template a lot easier to read and fixes the confusion I had myself rereading the template (again).
- We fixed the possible suboption types (which was limited to 'bool' only)

This is to avoid users connecting to the APIC using SSH, which is likely
to fail. In the ACI documentation (linked from every module) we go into
more details on how people are supposed to work with the modules..
This functionality was not considered when the module was written, but
there's no reason why it shouldn't be supported.
We had to rework the query string construction and object filtering.
This new functionality allows to filter on arbitrary keys and supports
None values.
This PR fixes various issues with the existing framework, including
querying specific objects using construct_url_4 (i.e.
aci_epg_to_contract and aci_static_binding_to_epg)
If parameter scope is not set (is None) the usual handling of lists does
not apply, and should be avoided or we get an exception.
This needs to be backported to earlier versions of Ansible.
This PR includes:

(deliberate inconsistencies between docs and arg_spec)
- Removal of deprecated parameters 'method' and 'protocols'

There are still some left-over validation errors, some are deliberate

A boolean value in ACI is not always standardized to yes/no.
Sometimes we have active/inactive, or enabled/disabled
Whereas the interface we want is a true YAML boolean.
We did not modify enabled/disabled values at this time.

we desired a better naming convention for ACI modules before they ship
with Ansible v2.4
The result is summarized in this PR.
The modules now also include the classes from the object model, as well
as a link to the documentation.
