The `purge_workspace` parameter allows to remove a workspace when asking for state = absent.
It allows to leave a clean state file without empty workspaces if the parameter is true.

This commit adds a conditional inside the constructor so that if a user
didn't specified an image parameter all the code related to the image
version comparison is omitted.
This is extremely useful when a user want to just stop and start
containers using just the name, keeping everything as it is, without the
need of specifying all the image and command stuff used at creation.
Today if you don't specify the image you get an error, and this is a
confusing [1] behavior.

Certain project functions are not available on the openstack public api. Creating and deleting projects are examples where you must use the admin api.
In most devstack or simple openstack deployments the public, internal and admin apis may live at the IP. However in most production deployments the admin APIs are on a separate network than the public APIs. Therefore for these examples to consistently work, we must specify the admin endpoint_type.

It was possible to add tags to an Azure loadbalancer, but the tags were never set in Azure.
This patch fixes that.

This fix adds the rg as parameter to the list() call.

Based on the documentation, 'wait_timeout' is 'Used in conjunction with instance_ids option'. This lead me to believe that I could not use this parameter to try and solve the 'Waited too long for ELB instances to be healthy' error I was experiencing.
This fix allows user to add ESXi host system under folder
without requiring to specify cluster name.

This module is based on vSphere REST API. This module allows

`network['vlan']` should be a VLAN ID
Integers passed around using jinja variable references are
converted to strings (see # 9362)
The # 32738 PR should allow using 'NativeType' in ansible
Explicitly converting to integer will make the module works
as expected with or without the NativeType support

This fix adds a check for switchuuid value of distributed virtual switch.
When there is no association between hostsystem and distributed virtual portgroup,
both specified by user, then module does not find DVSwitch.
This patch tries to mitigate that problem.
