* Update validate-modules

* Validates ANSIBLE_METADATA
* Ensures imports happen after documentation vars

Toshio Kuratomi df9059936b Metadata Status needs to be a list, not a scalar. 
The default metadata was specified with a string "preview" instead of
the list ["preview"].
