* Fixed crash with hidden files
added "-force" parameter on "Get-Item" cmdlet. this is needed to get file info if the file is "hidden"
without this option modules like win_file, win_template, win_copy crashes on hidden files. this is because with "test-path" it sees that the file exists, but "get-item" can't get the file info.

Adding explicit parameter types now exposes this information in the
module documentation, and proves really helpful.
We only do this for non-string types as strings, mostly because strings
are implicit.
PS We also make copyright statements consistent and use #Requires for
explicit library imports

If something else created the dir New-Item will throw an exception and
the task will fail. Check the existing file and as long as it's a dir,
we don't need to error out.
