The return documentation for ios_facts used an inconsistent mix
of str and string to denote a string data type.
This patch modifies all to be "string".

Large update of many modules so that DOCUMENTATION option name and
aliases match those defined in the argspec.

In addition to many typos and missing aliases, the following notable
changes were made:
* Create `module_docs_fragments/url.py` for `url_argument_spec`
* `dellos*_command` shouldn't have ever had `waitfor` (was incorrectly copied)
* `ce_aaa_server_host.py` `s/raduis_server_type/radius_server_type/g`
* `Junos_lldp` enable should be part of `state`.
* ios_logging: Handle IOS versions that dont put the word host in logging config
This change allows the ansible module to parse and match either variant
being present in running-config.
* ios_logging: enhance logging buffered to handle both size and level
This change allows ios_logging to ensure local (buffered) logging
is configured with both the correct buffer size and logging level,
when both are specified on the task.

* ios_logging: Fix typo in documentation
* ios_logging: Fix traceback when setting buffered destination without size
When the size parameter is not configured while configuring the buffered
destination, a traceback occurs due to the fact that validate_size expects the
parameter to be an int. Explicitely converting value to int makes the
check work for every case.
* ios_logging: Update size parameter documentation
Update the documentation of the size paramter to reflect the current behaviour
of setting a default of 4096 for the buffered dest.
* ios_logging: Add unit test
Add unit test for ios_logging testing the behaviour clarified in the previous
commits.
