Adding "follow" param for file/copy options
...
Also modifies the template action plugin to use this new param
when executing the file/copy modules for templating so that links
are preserved correctly.
Fixes #8998

Moved AWS modules over to common module fragments
...
Created common module doc fragment, and applied to all
modules that use ec2_connect or connect_to_aws as
they definitely share the common doc fragments
