Will Thames bc24ae88a8 Allow iam_role to work with friendly policy names (#22630) 
Basically obtain all the policies and create a mapping
from friendly name to ARN

Tidy up module argument specification to remove unneeded

* Exclude metadata version from ansible-doc output
* Fix website docs generation for the new metadata
