In a scenario where you've set your logstash heap size high, you may need to set your heap lower in order to execute logstash-plugin while logstash is still running.
Here's an example of someone running into insufficient memory while executing logstash-plugin: https://discuss.elastic.co/t/logstash-plugin-and-jvm-options/99646
This scenario is probably fairly common, so it may be worth documenting as an example.

* Added client_cert and client_key modules parem
* Use url_argument_spec to init module arguments
* Do not compare version and readOnly
* Convert HTTPResponse content to text before json.loads
* Added password in secureJsonPayload when datasource type is postgres
This PR includes:
- Removal of maintainers that are listed as author in the module
- Removal of entries that do not extend the original author list
- Move ignored-statement to namespace/directory (where useful)
- In some cases, fix the authors-list or add missing github id
We end up with a list of exceptions/additions and a large set of
namespace/directory maintainers or team of maintainers.
Some entries could be further improved by discussing with some
maintainers.

* fix documentation parsing error
Fixing error: missing documentation (or could not parse documentation): expected string or buffer
* added validate_certs option to zabbix_*_facts modules and fixed documentation to use doc fragment
* removed code duplication from zabbix_host_facts module
The tls_* parameters are not present in Zabbix Server versions prior to
3.0. Thus the API response does not contain these keys and the
zabbix_host module failed. This commit adds checks if the parameters are
present in the API response and otherwise just completely ignores these
parameters. The documentation already states that they are not supported
for Zabbix Server versions below 3.0.

Adds idempotency to the template update functions and check mode,
also adds the ability to dump and import json template

When an empty list is provided for group names, all groups associations
should be cleared from the template. Previous behavior caused the
template to be associated to all existing groups if an empty list
was provided.
* Fix undefined variable references
* Add example importing template from ansible variable
Document a sample template import with bare minimum structure.
No items or graphs are added, only 1 application is added to the
template.
* reorder interfaces handling for force=no, making sure it works when no interfaces are specified in the module parameters
when no interfaces are specified on update, use existing interfaces obtained from API.
check whether visible_name is set in check_all_properties; if not set as module parameter, no comparison is necessary.
Check if description is set as module parameter before comparing as well

This provides a sensu_client module in order to be able to dynamically
configure a Sensu client.
It takes a different approach than the existing Sensu modules such as
sensu_check but is hopefully a much more flexible and simple way of
handling configurations.
